Your purchases will normally be sent by Royal Mail, 2nd class which takes 2-3 days. Items will be posted on Mondays and Fridays, so they may take up to a week to arrive. Please be patient, filling and posting your order will be done by one of our office volunteers in addition to her normal duties.


If you decide you don’t want to keep your purchase, simply return it to us with a cover letter explaining the reason for its return, unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days. We will then refund of the cost of the product. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to send the product back.

‚Ä®If you receive damaged products, or the wrong product is sent to you, you should notify us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll cover the cost of returning the product and give you the choice of a replacement or a refund for the product as well as the delivery charge. If you would like to cancel your order before you receive the product, please call us on 01625 520802 or email us via email at [email protected]. We can only cancel an order if it has not already been dispatched.
